The Challenge
A Workday end-user organisation were undergoing a global Workday HCM implementation, which was an ambitious transformation with circa 8000 employees globally. Multiple existing recruitment partners had tried and failed to find suitable profiles by the time we stepped in.
Initially, they were looking to fill one vacancy, an HRIS Programme Manager. It was extremely important for the overall delivery of their new HR platform that they found the right person for the role, so the requirements were specific.
The Solution
We understood their pain points and what they were trying to achieve. We spoke to the most suitable senior professionals in our network, and after a thorough process, we managed to find the ideal profile for them.
The Result
The candidate was offered the contract, and was paramount to the success of their Workday implementation.
Subsequently, we have placed 5 further Workday resources, covering Integrations, Payroll, Data and PMO.
Out of 9 vacancies we have been involved in, we have filled 6 of them, in competition with other agencies.
