Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable architecture solutions for workforce management.
- Lead the technical roadmap for new features, system integrations, and product improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software engineers, driving best practices in coding, testing, and software design.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of Web designs and their smooth integration with backend services.
- Assess current technology architecture and propose recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee system security, performance optimization, and maintenance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and architecture.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Technical Architect.
- Proven expertise in workforce management tools.
- Strong experience with Azure cloud architectures.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#,.NET, NodeJS and Angular)
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence both technical and non-technical teams.
