Your Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in the effective use of marketing apps such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights, and ClickDimensions
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Ensure that clients’ strategic goals are effectively implemented
- Translate customer requirements into clear concepts for our development team
- Work in agile teams on innovative projects using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing our service offerings
- Develop training and coaching programs for client teams
- Lead training sessions and provide expert advice to customers

Your Profile:
- Proven experience in marketing consulting
- Expertise in presales and demo implementation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially Customer Insights, with certifications being a plus
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, or Hubspot
- Experience with social media campaigns and online marketing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced consultants
- Fluent in German with good English skills, and willing to travel moderately
