Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards in relation to Business Central and related technologies.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to optimize their use of the Business Central platform.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central features and developments, recommending upgrades or new functionalities to clients where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, training materials, and user manuals.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) in a consulting role.
- Strong understanding of financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable), as well as supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with other Microsoft Dynamics systems & with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus.
- Prior experience working with a Microsoft Gold Partner or in a client-facing consultancy role is highly desirable.
