The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end D365 Business Central projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate and communicate with third-party vendors, technical teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper change management strategies are in place to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption to the business.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest Business Central features, ensuring our system is optimized and future-proofed.
- 5+ years experience in project management, specifically managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations for end clients.
- Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, including financials, operations & supply chain.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II (certification desirable)
- Experience with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies
