Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and more.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and other relevant technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions developed.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer.
- Strong proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant development technologies.
- Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE data model and architecture.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in a consultancy or Microsoft Partner environment.
