They’re a specialist Microsoft partner doing some brilliant work across the public sector, delivering intelligent automation, Power Platform-based solutions, and cutting-edge applications — recently picking up an award for an AI project at the Department of Health & Social Care.

You’ll be at the heart of projects from day one — leading discovery sessions, engaging stakeholders, modelling business processes, and writing high-quality user stories that the dev team can bring to life.

You’ll be doing things like:
- Leading workshops and discovery sessions
- Capturing requirements and translating them into actionable user stories
- Modelling business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Working closely with dev and delivery teams in an Agile setup
- Coaching more junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement
- Strong Business Analysis experience (ideally in Agile environments)
- Background in software delivery and/or consulting
- Experience in process modelling, user story writing, and stakeholder engagement
- Confident working with clients and challenging requirements constructively
- Eligible for SC clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Awareness of AI tools (Co-Pilot, Azure AI Builder, Open AI)
- Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum
- Familiarity with Azure, UX/UR, or GDS Service Design principles
- Hybrid flexibility – typically 2 days in the Guildford office, rest from home/client site
