Role:
- Lead the successful implementation of Workday HCM, FINS, and UKG over a multi-year initiative (5-7 years).
- Manage and oversee PMs, senior PMs, and functional leads, ensuring alignment with the ERP strategy and organizational goals.
- Direct organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
- Provide guidance on ERP-related risks, timelines, and budgets while ensuring the program stays on course for success.
- Report regularly to leadership on project milestones, risks, and progress, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Candidate:
- 5-10 years of experience leading large ERP implementations (preferably Workday).
- Proven track record of managing projects related to HR, finance, procurement, and payroll systems.
- Industry certification (PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, Agile) and proficiency with tools like MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders and facilitating large teams.
