The Global Head of Workday Training will lead the strategy, design, and execution of global training programs for Workday HR products (Core HCM, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence & Time Tracking). This role ensures successful user adoption, continuous learning, and alignment with organizational goals, supporting a global workforce with diverse training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a global Workday training strategy aligned with HR and business objectives.
- Program Development: Design and deliver scalable training solutions (eLearning, instructor-led, and job aids) for HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption by integrating training with change management initiatives and tracking adoption metrics.
- Global Oversight: Ensure consistent training delivery across regions, adapting content for local needs while maintaining global standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and external Workday experts to align training with new product features and organizational needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Workday updates, evaluate training effectiveness, and incorporate feedback to improve programs.
- Budget Management: Oversee training budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR tech training or Learning & Development, with expertise in Workday HR modules.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and instructional design expertise.
