We have an opportunity to join a rapidly growing Microsoft Partner as a Business Applications Sales Director. You would be overseeing the sales team and driving the business applications strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft Business Applications.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and Microsoft representatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our business applications offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including stretagic sales initiatives. 
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, and Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams.
