We have an opportunity for a seasoned leader to join a Global Tier 1 Consultancy with a strong reputation in the Microsoft industry to focus on leading their Financial Services Practice.
As the Practice Director, you will oversee a talented team of Microsoft Dynamics experts and lead digital transformation programmes for Financial Services customers which will involve building out Go To Market strategies, managing delivery, driving team performance and expanding service offerings. You will work closely with enterprise clients in the Banking and Insurance sector to provide tailored technology solutions across Microsoft Business Applications.

Experience Needed:
- Strong background in Financial Services, particularly with expertise within Banking and Insurance sectors.
- Expertise in leading Digital Transformation programmes within Financial Services. leveraging technology to provide tailor-made solutions for clients.
- Proven experience leading a team and/or practice of consultants.
- Extensive technology experience. Microsoft Dynamics is desirable, however expertise can come from other cloud platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Data, etc.
- Ability to strategize and grow a Practice.
