Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- You will be working closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- You will also be a key member representative in the pension committee as well being the go to person for all things payroll.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- CIPP qualified or qualified by experience - essential
- Experience with payroll software and systems – Ceridian Dayforce (desirable).
- Experience with off-shore payroll tax regulations (desirable).
