We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team, driving innovation and ensuring seamless operations within their SAP environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions, contributing to large-scale S/4HANA projects with a focus on enhancing and customising VIM processes.

Key Responsibilities:  VIM Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead and deliver at least 2 full end-to-end SAP VIM implementation cycles.
• Configure and optimise VIM 23.4 processes, ensuring seamless integration within the SAP landscape.

Customisation & Process Enhancement:

• Implement changes in VIM for non-standard ways of working to meet specific business requirements.
• Customise and enhance VIM workflows to align with organisational processes.

XML & Integration Expertise:

• Set up and manage XML within VIM 23.4, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined document processing.
• Identify and resolve XML-related issues during VIM implementations.

Technical Proficiency:

• Debug ABAP programs and implement improvements to optimise VIM processes.
• Perform ABAP enhancements within the VIM framework to ensure system efficiency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert advice and training to internal teams on VIM best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎯 SAP VIM Expertise:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP VIM, with at least 2 full end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Deep understanding of VIM architecture and its integration with SAP modules.

🎯 Technical Skills:

• Strong ABAP debugging and development skills, with experience in enhancing VIM functionality.
• Proficiency in XML configuration and integration with VIM 23.4.

🎯 Customisation & Configuration:

• Extensive experience in VIM customisation for complex business scenarios.
• Ability to make changes in VIM to accommodate non-standard processes.

🎯 Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues within VIM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP VIM Certification is an advantage.
• Exposure to S/4HANA migration projects.
