- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
- Work specifically on the CMDB and ITSM modules to optimise business processes.
- Working with technical and business teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Guaranteeing the quality, performance and security of the solutions delivered.
Profile required
- 7 years' experience in ServiceNow development,
- with proven expertise in the CMDB and ITSM modules.
- Languages: English is mandatory, French is an asset.
- Soft skills:
- Reactive
- autonomous,
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Fluent English and French are expected.
