Focus on WD are currently seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst on a 12 month Fixed-term contract basis toi join a full-platform Workday End-user in the South West.
Position: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 month initial fixed term contract
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Bristol, 2-3 Days on-site per week
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Base Salary (Dependant on experience)

Key Skills Required
- 2-3+ years of strong configuration skills across Workday HCM and at least two of the following modules: Talent, Learning, Absence, Recruiting and Reporting.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to be the guiding voice of the product.
- Management change requests and ensuring knowledge transfer across the wider business.
- The ability to help drive the Workday Roadmap forward ensuring alignment with the wider business need.#
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as the Workday Finance team) to provide awareness and guidance on movements and solutions provided within the Workday HCM Product Suite.
- Exceptional product knowledge with a passion for Workday and the ability to work in both a hands-on/strategic capacity.
