General Overview:
- Experience across Workday HCM & Payroll Platforms as a Workday Business analyst
- Someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and find out what are the project requirements.
- Experience across HCM modules, reporting & integrations
- This person needs to know the product journey - Strong Workday Experience is a must
- Need to be able to get to the root of a requirement, and remain the focal point between the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the needs of the business are not only met, but are championed across the user base.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday including end to end Workday Product Lifecycle for HCM & integrated Payroll solutions
- 3+ years experience working as a Workday Business Analyst having worked across deployemnt & optimisation workday projects
- Organisation Skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Workday Training advantageous
