We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our dynamic team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will work closely with the Workday Platform team, playing a pivotal role in defining and managing the platform’s mission, vision, and roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and more, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
  • Configure and customise Workday functionalities to meet specific business needs and optimise system performance.
  • Define business and technical requirements for data migration, oversee integration into Workday’s test environment, and ensure data is cleansed prior to go-live.
  • Develop and maintain workforce management tools, replacing legacy systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and successful project execution.
  • Design and refine business processes within Workday to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Perform regular reviews and updates of business processes to align with organisational changes and industry best practices.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and the implementation of robust data validation rules.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues to minimise disruption to business operations.
  • Lead system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features.
  • Monitor Workday system performance, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working with multiple Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning.
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, analytics, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagements, with a track record of driving successful implementations.
  • Preferred certifications: Workday HCM, Recruiting, Integrations, or Reporting.
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of architecture and technology within the aviation domain.
