Focus on WD are currently seeking several Workday HCM Consultants to join an expanding boutique Workday Consulting Practice.
A superb opportunity for Workday Consultants to broaden their modular knowledge with the opportunity to obtain further certifications & exposure to different area’s of the Workday ecosystem in an implementation environment.
For immediate consideration, candidates will hold active Workday implementation Certifications & will have ideally have undergone at least 1 full end to end deployment of Workday HCM.
Workday Experience is Essential for this position!
Position: Workday Consultant
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Remote Working
Salary: £55,000-65,000 Per Annum Base Salary
Job Overview:
Support current clients in Workday modules across Core HCM, Security, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent, Performance, Learning & Reporting
Lead & support the workstream of Workday implementations, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality
Actively participate in all stages of a Workday implementation lifecycle
Identify and assist with the development of Workday
Work with a wide range of stakeholders on the client side project across a variety of different industries & collaborate with on-shore & off-shore team members within the wider Workday practice
Work as a part of a project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation and post-production phases of the projects
Configure Workday according to customer requirements and test business processes and Workday configuration
Requirements:
Workday HCM Certified plus at least 1 other certification across Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning, Reporting
Configuration experience essential
At least 1-2 Years working within the Workday Ecosystem
Experience on at least one end to end Workday implementation project from beginning to go-live
Excellent English communication skills
Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects – configuration, data validation, workshop participation
Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
