Position: Workday Financials Architect/Lead
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: London, 3 Days on-site per week
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 Base Salary (Dependant on experience)
Additional: Bonus 10-15% plus Company Benefits
Please note, whilst this position is open for sponsorship, in order to qualify, Extensive Workday Financials experience along with an accountancy qualification/degree with a background in accounting is Essential.

Ideal Individual:
- Exceptional experience as a blended hands-on/strategic ERP Finance Systems Architect/Consultant with a proven and demonstratable background leading ERP Finance Systems Implementations
- Workday Experience across R2R, P2P & O2C with any experience with Adaptive planning is ideal
- A background working across complex Finance Transformation Projects, from implementation through to improvements across a wide technical estate with experience in a post-go live optimisation environment preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in Accounting Processes, coupled understanding of Financial Systems best practice with the ability to champion initiatives and solutions to Stakeholders across a Global Technology Landscape
- Accounting Background/degree required
- Certification and training across Workday Financials, SAP or Oracle advantageous
Overview:
- Experience developing and supporting IT Finance Architecture.
- Design and implement varying solutions to finance issues
- Oversee & liaise across areas including planning, migration and implementation.
- Define architectural principles and standards for business users
- Working closely with Finance and IT across platform
- A strong knowledge of Finance systems; specifically must have led implementations of Finance ERP systems.
- Experience with Workday Financials is highly preferred.
