Focus on WD are currently seeking a Workday Functional Lead on an initial 9 month Fixed-Term contract to be based in London
Position: Workday Functional Lead

Location: London, 3 Days on-site per week
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 Base Salary (Dependant on experience)

Key Skills Required
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Workday Functional Lead working across at least 1 end-to-end Deployment of Workday HCM.
- Proven experience of managing the functional stream for Workday HCM, from scoping/planning phase through to delivery, ensuring business needs are fully captured and documented across all areas.
- Determining organisational and product requirements and functional design to ensure all is fit-for-purpose in allignment with the Wider Business Strategy.
- The ability to report to the wider stakeholder group against project milestones and recommend actions and solutions.
- Strong experience with Programme Risk Analysis and Mitigation, coupled with the capability to work in conjunction with the Compliance/Governance board across the programme.
- The ability to champion the "art of the possible" and get buy-in and champion initiatives across the organisation.
- The ability to act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM across the Programme
