Fantastic opportunity with a true global organisation of over 300,000 staff, a chance to have a real impact  As the Workday Functional Lead for Compensation, you’ll lead the end-to-end deployment of the Workday Compensation module, ensuring it integrates smoothly with other HR systems and meets global needs. You'll manage configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, driving system adoption and continuous improvement.

You will not be configuring yourself but be able to "pop the hood" and understand whats going on so you know if everything is being done correctly.  This role could be anywhere in EMEA including the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Deployment: Own the global rollout of Workday Compensation, from system configuration to go-live.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training, manage change, and provide ongoing support post-deployment.
  • Optimize: Ensure the system is continuously improved for performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Workday Expertise: Proven experience deploying Workday Compensation in a global environment.
  • Project Management: Strong project leadership and execution, handling multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Workday Certifications: Workday Compensation certification preferred.
