You'll manage configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, driving system adoption and continuous improvement.

- Lead Deployment: Own the global rollout of Workday Compensation, from system configuration to go-live.
- Collaborate: Work closely with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Training & Support: Deliver training, manage change, and provide ongoing support post-deployment.
- Optimize: Ensure the system is continuously improved for performance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Workday Expertise: Proven experience deploying Workday Compensation in a global environment.
- Project Management: Strong project leadership and execution, handling multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Workday Certifications: Workday Compensation certification preferred.
