Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 2/3+ years of experience in configuring Workday Core HCM. Other modular knowledge ideal. Experience with Workday Security is highly desirable, along with familiarity with modules such as Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
- Communication Skills: Superior stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to effectively engage with various stakeholders and optimize system benefits.
- Post Go-Live Expertise: Ability to hit the ground running with proven experience in a fast paced, post-go-live support including business-as-usual activities, optimization, implementation of new features, issue resolution, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting and managing Workday releases.
