Here at Focus Cloud we have a great opportunity for an experienced Workday HRIS Manager looking for a new challenge.
Our manufacturing client who has just gone live with Workday are in need of a HRIS Manager to join them on a Permanent basis. Our client is also in the middle of an Acquisition so any M&A experience is especially welcome. They are looking for a strong Workday all rounder but experience with Workday Benefits is one of the modules needed.
You will be a "working manager" being both hands on with the system but also helping the HRIS Director lead the HRIS function with various reports. This is a really exciting time to join this organization as they are brand new with the Workday system and have an exciting roadmap coming up including phase 2.
Required experience and skills:
- 4+ years experience with Workday HCM, Benefits & Security
- Experience managing the Workday HRIS Function
- M&A experience is ideal
