As they continue to scale their operations and expand their capabilities, they are deploying Workday HCM globsally and they are looking for an experienced Workday Integration / Solutions Architect.

The Role:
In this critical position, you will lead the design, development, and integration of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions for our global business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to architect scalable and efficient solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Workday integration solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Integration Development: Oversee the development and deployment of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (ERP, payroll, time tracking, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Best Practices & Governance: Define integration standards, best practices, and governance processes to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term maintainability of integrations.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage end-to-end testing of integrations, ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and system performance before go-live.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert support for post-implementation issues, optimizing existing integrations, and resolving any challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Workday’s new features and functionality, recommending improvements to existing systems, processes, and integrations.
Key Requirements:
  • Workday Expertise: Strong experience with Workday HCM
  • Integration Experience: Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in integration tools and technologies, including XML, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and relevant scripting languages.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities, analytical skills, and a methodical approach to system architecture and design.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global, multi-geography business environment, understanding the nuances of different regions and regulatory requirements.
  • Workday Certifications: Workday Integration and/or HCM certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday integration, solution design, or architecture roles.
