Focus on WD are seeking a skilled Workday Product Owner to join a Workday Customer who are about to go-live with the Workday System.
 
Job Title: Workday Product Owner
Location: Hybrid Working in London (2-3 days per week)
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
 
Role Overview:
 
The business are seeking a skilled Workday Product Owner to act as a Stand alone Workday Subject Matter expert with extensive experience in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits within a newly live workday environment.
As the organization prepares to go live with Workday HCM, they require a dedicated individual to stabilize, enhance, and optimize the Workday platform.
Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement and maximize the return on investment from Workday.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Stabilization: Ensure the stability of the Workday platform post-implementation.
  • Enhancement and Optimization: Optimize Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the Workday platform meets organizational needs.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to maximize the utilization of Workday features.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience across Configuration of complex business processes with the likes of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Championing the Workday system and articulating what’s possible with the system
  • Oversee new functionality & bi-annual releases
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Superb Stakeholder management really is required
  • Experience in optimizing and enhancing Workday systems for continuous improvement ultimately driving adoption of Workday within side the business to help maximise efficiency & capability
