Position: Senior Workday HRIS Specialist

Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 Base Salary PLUS Bonus & great Benefits package

Skills & Experience Required:
▪️ 2+ Years Experience with Workday Core HCM, Security, Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence and Reporting
▪️ Strong Configuration experience required across HCM plus at least 1 other module
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, releases required
