This company is deploying breakthrough autonomous systems powered by end-to-end deep learning — a globally rare approach shared only with one other market leader.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in scaling early-stage autonomous hardware into production by building robust supply chains, driving procurement strategy, and supporting industrialisation efforts. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, and brings both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to supplier management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain execution from early product development to scalable manufacturing
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships across compute, PCBA, and complex hardware categories
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to influence design for manufacturability and quality at scale
  • Shape and implement clear-to-build (CTB) processes in coordination with contract manufacturers and internal teams
  • Identify and source components and services aligned with engineering, commercial, and project requirements
  • Manage tracking of materials, costs, and procurement status across multiple programs
  • Contribute to program budgeting and strategic planning based on cost, scope, and delivery metrics
  • Operate within an Agile environment with ambitious milestones and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of scaling hardware products from prototype to production
  • Strong project or program management skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and operations
  • Experience negotiating pricing, managing cost accounting, and supplier onboarding
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to represent trade-offs to both technical teams and leadership
  • Demonstrated success working across internal technical teams and external suppliers or OEMs
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working under pressure in fast-growth environments
Desirable
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or advanced automotive systems
  • Familiarity with global import/export regulations and international supply chain operations
