Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Workday ERP systems, including finance deployment.
- Manage large, complex deployment rollouts, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of ERP systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, or other ERP finance systems).
- Extensive experience in managing large, complex deployment rollouts, including finance modules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in New York 2-3 days a week.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in consulting.
- Experience with large project management.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
