Gen AI Senior QA Analyst

Our client is a major global financial services consultant looking to expand their Gen AI team with a Senior QA Analyst 

Location: Toronto - 2 days a week onsite
Salary: $80-90k CAD

Responsibilities: 

• Participate in all testing and ensuring the quality of Gen AI solutions 
• Formulate and execute robust test strategies tailored to Gen AI projects 
• Craft test plans and test cases 
• Update test documentation, and create comprehensive reports while maintaining traceability back to project requirements.
• Propose innovative ideas and improvements to the testing process for the Gen AI solutions, continuously enhancing its effectiveness, speed and quality. 

 
Skills Required: 

• 4+ years  experience in software testing for complex applications
• 2+ years using automated testing tools and platforms 
• RAG experience is a must have 
• Experience with automation testing tools (Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI, postman) 
• Database experience (SQL) 
• Knowledge of Python for Gen AI development and testing
