Salary: USD $140,000 - $170,000 Base Plus Bonus

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Payroll Expertise: Strong background in U.S. payroll systems, with Canadian payroll experience as a bonus. Exposure to UK or French payroll is advantageous.
• Workday Certifications: U.S. Payroll Certification is essential for senior roles; familiarity with Workday Absence or Time Tracking modules is a plus.
• Experience Levels:
  • Consultant Roles: 1–2 years of relevant experience; Workday certification is optional but advantageous - $125,000 - $140,000 USD
  • Senior/Lead Roles: 3–5 years of Workday Payroll experience, including certifications and leadership responsibilities in prior projects.
• Deployment Experience: Proven ability to contribute to end-to-end payroll implementations and optimize systems for compliance and efficiency.
