ROLE:
- Lead the configuration and deployment of the Workday Customer Accounts and Customer Contracts modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee and streamline processes related to customer invoicing, contract management, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and optimize workflows within Workday.
- Act as the primary point of contact for module-related inquiries and enhancement requests.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to maximize system capabilities and user experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of Workday updates and best practices to introduce relevant advancements.
- Monitor compliance with financial reporting standards and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
CANDIDATE:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, specifically Customer Accounts and Customer Contracts.
- Proven track record of leading configuration and optimization projects in Workday.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
