Focus on WD are currently seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join a prominent Workday End-User who have recently gone live with Workday to work on a remote basis with occasional travel into their Head Office based out of Toronto.

Location: Toronto - Remote working with occasional visits to the office
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum DOE

Key Skills Required
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration skills - strong configuration skills across Workday HCM and Workday Compensation as well as one/two additional Workday Modules within the HCM Suite.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to be the guiding voice of the product with the ability to champion the "art of the possible" across Business Heads and Departments.
- The ability to manange change requests and ensuring knowledge transfer across the wider business.
- Exceptional Troubleshooting skills, providing robust functional solutions to a wide and diverse user population.
- The ability to help drive the Workday Roadmap forward ensuring alignment with the wider business need.
- Exceptional product knowledge with a passion for Workday and the ability to work in both a hands-on/strategic capacity.
