About the Role
As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reports to meet business needs. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to provide critical insights and ensure data integrity across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize existing reports for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Analyze and validate Workday data to maintain integrity.
- Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support system updates and new feature implementations.
- Develop documentation, including report specifications and user guides.
- Mentor junior analysts and team members.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and reporting tools.
- Strong expertise in Composite and Matrix reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday security configurations related to reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of HR and Finance business processes.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annually, plus additional compensation opportunities.
