A rapidly expanding company in Houston is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to take ownership of their Workday system and optimize HR technology solutions. This organization is dedicated to operational excellence and is investing in cutting-edge HR systems to support its workforce of approximately 1,200 employees. What You’ll Do

As the Senior HRIS Workday Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Workday, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and process optimization. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to drive HR technology advancements.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL BE 5 DAYS ON SITE AND UNFRORTUNATELY THIS CLIENT CANNOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP JUST YET.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Strategy & System Management: Own the configuration, updates, and overall management of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Data Integrity & Security: Maintain and enhance the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, automate workflows, and drive HR efficiency through Workday enhancements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and insights that empower HR and leadership teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Training & Support: Serve as the Workday expert, training HR team members and end-users to maximize system capabilities.
  • Project Leadership: Lead Workday-related projects, collaborating across HR, IT, and business units to align system functionality with organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive HR technology initiatives and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Workday Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, with a strong focus on HCM and related modules.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: Proven ability to analyze HR processes, identify gaps, and implement tech-driven solutions.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience managing large datasets, HR analytics, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across HR, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in HRIS within manufacturing or similar environments is a plus.
