Details:
- Role - Workday Product Owner / Solution Architect
- Client - leading global chemicals and materials company
- Type - 18 month contract
- Rate - $100 - $125 per hour DOE
- Travel - few days a week in your local office (Alpharetta GA, Boston MA, or Billerica MA)
- Location - Atlanta or Boston or surrounding area
- Focus - Sitting within the technical workstream on the IT side, you will be the primary representative of the Application and Platform Team on the project and act as the link between functional and technical workstreams, helping bridge the gap between HR and IT during their Workday implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and global stakeholders at all levels of management to provide expertise while supporting the business and systems strategy. Oversee Technical solutions (Solution Architecture) and help shape how the organization adopts and maximises it's return on Workday.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations - global experience required
- Workday expertise in HCM Core, Security, Integrations, and Data workstreams
- Experience siting within the technical workstream on the IT side with the ability to bridge the gap between HR and IT, and functional and technical workstreams
- Very strong communication skills with experience managing high level stakeholders in a global environment
- Solution architecture and design experience on a Workday implementation highly desirable
