Job Overview:
A highly skilled Workday US Payroll Contractor with a strong background in implementing and supporting Workday Payroll solutions. This role will involve end-to-end Workday US Payroll implementations, post-production support, and AMS (Application Management Services) for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or contribute to end-to-end Workday US Payroll implementations.
- Manage and configure Workday Payroll modules, ensuring optimal functionality and configuration for client requirements.
- Provide post-production and AMS support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional Workday Payroll solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables are on-time and meet quality standards.
- Provide payroll-related technical expertise and guidance to internal and client teams.
- Support the testing and quality assurance processes throughout the implementation and post-production phases.
- Help maintain Workday Payroll configurations and ensure they remain aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Workday US Payroll (mandatory).
- SI Certification in Workday (required).
- Proven track record with 3+ end-to-end Workday US Payroll implementations.
- Experience providing post-production support and AMS for Workday Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll functionality, configurations, and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance.
- Experience with Workday integrations related to payroll (such as HCM, Finance).
- Ability to provide training and support to clients post-implementation.
